Returns and Exchanges

Returns

Our Return policy applies for 30 days from date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Some items are exempt from being returned, such as Gift cards and any health and personal care items.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted including:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges

If a product should arrive in damaged condition, or if such product is not the right size, the customer must, within 5 days of receipt of product, notify King and Stone of the need for an exchange and make an exchange request by contacting King and Stone at support@kingandstone.com. If the product is being exchanged due to damage, customer must send a picture of the damaged product when making such request. Any product being returned for an exchange must be in unused condition.

Upon contacting King and Stone, and if the return for exchange is authorized, a return shipping label will be provided one time at no additional charge to customer. Note that there is one exchange free of charge per product upon approval, further shipping and return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.  Approval of a return for exchange will be confirmed to the customer by e-mail, with the product to be returned to:

Upon receipt of damaged or unused product for exchange, King and Stone will exchange the product if it is available. King and Stone, in its sole and absolute discretion may elect to provide a credit to customer's account if a replacement return product is not available. Customer will receive notification by e-mail should this be the case.

Should a product be returned to King and Stone marked as “Return To Sender”, King and Stone will notify the customer via email. King and Stone will reship the product to the same or a different address of the customer’s choosing, after customer submits payment for reshipping charges (King and Stone will provide customer the shipping cost to be remitted to King and Stone). 

 

Refunds

All sales are final and King & Stone does not issue refunds. Should an item need to be returned and exchanged per the requirements set forth above, King & Stone will process such exchanges as previously described.
